What you do: You share the link, access and examples.

What you get: A clear picture of the job.

What I do: I write scope, milestones, dates and a fixed price.

What you do: You approve the plan.

What you get: A written scope you can hold me to.

What I do: I map layouts and style key Figma screens when needed.

What you do: You review the design stages.

What you get: Approved design before the build.

What I do: I work on a draft theme and connect the tools.

What you do: You check previews at each milestone.

What you get: A working store you can test.

What I do: I test devices and carts, then publish after approval.

What you do: You give final approval.

What you get: A live store and handover notes.

Not every job needs all five stages. A focused fix sprint skips design; a migration uses a test move instead.

ACCESS AND PAYMENTS

Access. Appropriate collaborator or staff access, with only the permissions needed. You never need to send me your password.

Updates. Written milestones and regular status notes during active work.

Payment. Fixed-price milestones are agreed in the project scope. Payment route is confirmed before work begins.

After launch. The scope specifies the included bug-fix window and any optional ongoing support.
